Csongor: Hi Stefan. Wie geht's? Bist du zurückgezogen?
                Hi Stefan. How are you? Did you move back?

Stefan: Nein, ich lebe immer noch in Frankfurt.
             No, still living in Berlin.

Csongor: Also willst du dort für immer leben?
                So you will settle down there for good?

Stefan: Scheint fast so. Ich habe jetzt eine deutsche Freundin. Ausserdem ist Frankfurt toll!
             Looks like yes. I've got a German girlfriend now. Also Berlin is great!

Csongor: Wirklich?  
                Really?

Stefan: Ja, dort ist alles so billig.
             Yes, everything is so cheap there.

Csongor: Du meinst das Bier?
                You mean the beer?

Stefan: Ja, haha. Die Mieten sind auch billiger.
              Yes, haha. Also the rent is much cheaper.

Csongor: Nicht schlecht.
               That's great.

Stefan: Es ist auch sehr einfach mit dem Fahrrad herumzufahren und es gibt sehr viele Parks.
              It's also easy to get around by bike and there are plenty of parks.

Csongor: Irgendwelche Nachteile?
                Any downsides?

Stefan: Oh, im Winter wird es sehr kalt!
             Oh, it gets quite cold in winter!

Csongor: Ach so, dann werde ich dich im Sommer besuchen!
                 Right, I will visit you in summer then!

Stefan: Du bist jederzeit willkommen!
             You are welcome anytime!

Csongor: Toll! Ich muss jetzt gehen. Tschüss!
